About us

Helping athletes identify and eliminate limitations to performance.

Ting Zhao

Ph.D.

I started running in 2013 and triathlon in 2014 during my Ph.D. study in University of Alberta. Since then I have completed many running and triathlon races from 10K to half Ironman. Among them my favorate race is my second half marathon back in my early years, in which I PBed by 9s at -30C. The emotion still fills me today.

I met Dan in summer of 2017 and have been working with him since. As an athlete with a scientific background, I was amazed by the physiological soundness of his metabolic test and the effectiveness of corresponding training philosophy.

I moved to GTA in 2019 and started QualiT Sport Performance. Together with Dan, we use the state-of-the-art metabolic test protocols to help endurance athlete identify their indivisual limiter and train effectivelly and efficiently to achieve their athletic target.
